Join us for the 2nd Annual People’s ceremonial flag raising of our Puerto Rican flag in the heart of the Puerto Rican Cultural District!

We will also raise the official flag of the Puerto Rican Cultural District

Then head on over to the Puerto Rican Afro Caribbean Cultural Center, 413 Main Street, Holyoke, MA 01040 for light refreshments.
