A public celebration of Frances Crowe’s life and legacy will be held on Sunday, September 8. There will be two events:
- At 12pm noon at Pulaski Park in Northampton (240 Main Street), there will be a Speak Out for everyone who wants to express the impact of Frances’ life upon their work. Bring your signs, bring your spirit, bring your voice! Immediately following the speak out, folks will be marching to Greene Hall at Smith College for the second event to remember Frances.
- 2PM at John M. Greene Hall at Smith College (60 Elm Street, Northampton) will have an Assembly and Program featuring music, speakers, and memories of Frances and her work.
Both events are of course free, open and accessible to the public, and all are welcome! If you’re interested in volunteering, or have any questions, please contact (413) 320-6099 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
